Below is a direct message I rec'd via Twitter.

Only one thing has been altered in pasting it here.

That alteration being:

A "w" was capitalized.

"Even with a veil of internet anonymity, I still feel your power. I think you would be a force to be reckoned with in person. Especially if you focus your Will and attention on someone."

Contrary to what the world at large will tell you:

Magick is real.

They use it every day.

Every moment.

From sigil magick to Assertion of Will, the methods and means have been co-opted.

And the preponderance of those in power stopped burning witches for one reason, and one reason only:

They became them.

For the past month, now, I have been dreaming of my mother.

The dreams are—

The overall memory of them is vague, upon awakening.

Like wisps of smoke caught in a sunbeam.

Yet, cinders from the fire that created them, thrown from the hearth, burn small, deep and vivid glimpses into my mind.

Always, she is in a small room.

Always, she looks ill or twisted in some fashion.

Always she seems to be calling me to some sinister action.

The most recent image is that of her peeling pieces off of a raw chicken carcass.

And feeding them to an infant.

It is my fervent hope they are nothing more than stray, unresolved issues of mine.

Rather than a terrifying revelation of her fate.

I am a flawed man.

I have never claimed otherwise.

But I have devoted my life to discovering Truth.

And sharing it with "those that have eyes to see and ears to hear".

A friend on my other blog recently came to a tremendous personal epiphany.

At the risk of giving myself undue credit:

I believe I was of great assistance.

It is, and always has been, moments such as that which fill me with joy.

And deeply.

Thus, I say:

Continue that difficult and often sorrowful path, my magickal child.

For a contentment, and perhaps happiness, the likes of which you've yet to comprehend awaits you.

I promise.

And I never do so lightly.

► This is a list of The Grove's members, both past and present ◄.

All of whom number among the most powerful/influential men in world [it is a club for men only].

All of whom take great pains to conceal their membership.

All of whom are protected by riot police, dogs and barbed wire.

[It is important to note, this is not hired private security. They are protected by “public servants” at their “private gathering”. Do you get such treatment on a camping trip?]

All of whom dress in ritualistic garb and perform a sacrifice to ► Moloch [as the Owl represents] ◄.

A gathering of powerful men, with a collective Telos performing rituals and sacrifices is the very definition of Practicing.

Yet, how many of these men would laugh in my face (publicly) were I to tell them of the power of magick?

How many of these men influence us all to think such a thing is “bunk” and “nonsense”?

And how many of them retain control while doing the very thing they defame?

As usual, ► time has proven me correct ◄ .

And I am sorry for all of us.

This image/quote was sent to me by a loyal reader:

An excellent observation.

Regardless of its source, the reader was correct in recognizing its value [magickally speaking].

Every day, increasing numbers of people hope for a miracle to uplift them.

While, simultaneously, decreasing numbers of people believe in any Higher Power.

Once again, True wisdom can be found in the Book of Genesis.

The very words of God, Himself, being:

"Who told you that you were naked?"

And, as I have said many times in as many places:

The greatest trick the Devil has ever performed is convincing humanity that God does not exist.

Thus, we are left to our own weaknesses and foibles.

The lonely assume no–one will ever love them, so they do nothing to earn such.

The corpulent do nothing to lose weight therefore, instead, comfort–eat themselves heavier while saying there's no point to being thin.

The abused in relationships tell themselves they can do no better; either by considering themselves unworthy of such or that no better options exist.

In the end, we all crave Hell.

And we find it easily.

I never know whether to be pleased or saddened by the average person's attitude toward magick.

Thinking it either bunk.

Or slavishly devoting themselves to the Tarot, astrology or The Secret.

Magick, The Will, sex, etc.

Are all so very powerful that few ever Truly understand any of them.

Though, I suspect:

Most would prefer to forgo such.

Because, in order to do so:

One must admit everything they thought was true was a falsehood.

That, paradoxically, we control nothing.

While manipulating everything.

The fingers that animate the marionette—

Are also fettered and weighed down by it.
